Perhaps I missed this one: What's the connection Toronto to the point of origin of the virus? Here I understand the scare can fly since this is where the virus changed into it s actual form. But TO??? Are your health authorities under threat of budget costs? Any word of trimming health costs? The health authorities sometimes make a sickness scare to raise public opinion in their favor and not to have their budgets cut. Any time in Brazil a city wants to extort money from the government, they call Cholera!!! The government is not going after it any longer since if they hand the money out, lots of other municipalities come out with the same claim. Funny thing: As soon as the tourist highs season is about to start they declare the battle against cholera was won and even the major is pictured inside the ocean and eating in the beach!!!
