There are plenty of preferred shares other than those converted last week in to 12 million new common but I'm still not sure what it adds up to. With the 10K due today it's more expedient to wait for fresher information. HOUSTON, March 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Boots & Coots International Well Control, Inc.
