Isn't that how your spin on the subject goes?

Of course not. But it is an obvious first step.

The Arab world HATES Saddam. There is broad agreement that every single country over there hates him, and every last one of them wants to see him out. But they'd much rather see someone besides us take him out. Unfortunately, that isn't possible.
