Neat. Can't get plutonium? No problem. The botulim bacterium is available anywhere.

ALTHOUGH: I think the author of that piece has anti-Western POV and feels the Arabs, et al, were screwed out of their right to have biological weapons.

DUH! Might there not be other reasons for wanting the use of such weapons prohibited?
