Bush Sr. had a deficit of 290B in his last year. Clinton had a deficit of 274B in his first year and reduced it every year thereafter. Clinton was close to zero deficit in his 5th year and had 3 budget surplus years after that finishing with a surplus of coincidentally 274B...

I believe the Bush Jr. deficit for this year is supposed to be about 300B???? How did he do last year?
