Nobody is saying that the N. Koreans faithfully kept the agreement. What I'm saying is, we cannot expect any nation we make an agreement with, to keep their end of the bargain, if we do as poor a job meeting our obligations, as we did with the 1994 Agreed Framework. And I'm not going to get into a useless "chicken and egg, who cheated first" blame game. The evidence is clear to me, that both sides were wholly insincere. Reminds me of the joke by the Soviet worker: "we pretend to work; they pretend to pay us."

Just one more example of, "what goes around, comes around".

Just one more example of the double standard, where the Hawks say other governments are evil, illegitimate, can't be trusted, only respond to force, and so on, when we are doing the exact same things.
