As an example a case was denied a full circut review today where the opinion was issued 6 days prior to the rmbs/ifx opinion.

I've seen some later and some earlier in the past week or so. Its why I think we hear within two weeks.

While I'll post on the thread the stock will be reacting b/4 i post.
