It's time for the US to make a HUGE point about the failure of Saddam The Brave And All-Seeing to come out of his gopher hole for public examination, if he's still alive. The point has not received enough propaganda attention.

I actually think this may be the regime's way of beginning to signal that it is ready to give up as Saddam is either severely injured, dead, or non compos mentis. The Saddam shills have had enough.
