You still have not answered what you would have done in that situation. It is quite easy for you to sit back protected while others have only seconds to make such decisions. I suspect you have spent more time writing the words moron and idiots about people who believe the driver acted deliberately, that the time the soldier had to decide if he was going to risk his life and the life of his buddies.

Sit back call people names and feel righteous.

The intelligent people already try to find the truth. And the ones that don't are can't recognize it, anyway.

Seems your intelligence test is limited to agreeing with you; if not, then nobody can be intelligent.

Come to think of it ... that's a really stupid test.

Some folks on this thread don't see things the way I may, I never think they're not intelligent for doing so.
