I don't have any first-hand experience with Linksys hardware. But I know that Interactive Brokers specifically does not recommend Linksys, and only Linksys NICS, and QCharts tech dept. has reported trouble specific to Linksys routers, and no others. It seems to be hit or miss as to whether a particular Linksys user is affected or not by these issues. For these reasons I'm looking at other brands, when Broadband finally arrives in my neighborhood. (Could be soon, as a wireless provider is attempting to cover the area.)

Just wanted to throw out a heads up for users of these programs, but remember, I have no direct experience with Linksys.
