I didn't mean it as a "line"... I really think they'll need a breather. Look at people posting on this thread - how passionate and intense they become - and those are for the most part Americans who lived for many generations in an atmosphere promoting tolerance and free exchange. What can you expect from people who are accustomed to be killed - or kill - for opposing views? If the Iraqis are anything like the post-Communist Russians or like the post-war Germans, they may be more than happy to see the huge oppressive security apparatus get dismantled. As for stability of the oil markets... here, both buyers and sellers have the same interest.
