it's not the same --

but while we are on it -- that is one respect in which Bush is a lot more like a Dem -- he wants nothing but a stronger central government -- this is one of the most destructive aspects of the Bush administration -- (though the battle states vs national power has already been fought and lost years ago)

now look at the states post-bubble -- federal beggars all ...
