Who provided saddam with the chemicals used to kill Kurds? Who provided saddam with intelligence that allowed him to better target the Kurds? Who continued to provide saddam with fiscal support, intelligence support, military support, chemical weapons and diplomatic cover AFTER he killed Kurds? Going back to 1991 to find an excuse to act in 2003 is extremely bogus. The Powell UN speech is nothing but innuendo and speculation.
