I assume that you are one of the people who believe that there really is something called "International Law" that the US has to obey.

You're right, there is no law and no pretense of a responsibility to engage law hence the biggest Gorilla is now the law. The new paradigm is therefore that might is right. Sufficient might can't be achieved by anyone else now as measured in tonnage and BTU's and kilotons. The only "equalizers" to the rest of the world are now the bios and chems. Disregard and disrespect of whatever paltry laws and paltry bodies of justice we had bodes poorly for all of us going forward.

We get to define what the words, "Competent Tribunal" means. What is so difficult about that?
