It's just someone's interpretation of the business practices one may find in Brazil. Not much different than the trials and tribulations of the numerous telecom endeavours of the past few years. Wasn't it the backing away of Bell Canada International from the Velocom bailout which initiated Qualcomm becoming deeply involved with Vesper? Has Vesper or Velocom had any (direct or indirect) dealings with Mr. Dantas or his Banco Opportunity SA? I can't answer the second question, can you? Trevor
