Well, according to what I've read access to treatment has declined- according to our own studies (Oh Dear!) Chatter chatter chatter usinfo.state.gov But if you've no time, read it later. I'm sure that 5 million will go a loooong way- especially when you compare it with that 75 billion we're spending on the war with Iraq. It would be funny, it it wasn't so pathetic. I'm glad Mary thinks is is better in Afghanistan. I know some people with relatives there, and they don't think it is better. Shall we play the game of "My anecdotal source is better than yours"? I always enjoy that game. It makes no sense, but it's so fun! Spend your time wisely now.
