If the US felt Iraqis were gooks there would be no reason to use million $ bombs to avoid hitting them and spend millions to feed them.

And in Yugoslavia... the US did their bombing campaign (including some slight "collateral damage" - e.g. chinese embassy, buses with civilians), but cared less about the life after war.

Much touted "rebuilding"? "Endless Freedom"? Democracy? Security for the citizens?

Yugoslavia is now firmly in the hands of the mob. Zoran Djindic is dead.
