It's too bad a good chunk of Iraqis and an even bigger chunk of world's muslims don't see it that way

Don't you think it is a little premature to make that determination?

I don't think so. It's pretty clear that the world's opinion is dead set against the war.

I think the fact is that there are no circumstances that will lead you to admit you were wrong about this war

Keep working on me. I may come around to forgetting that so many had to die if we manage to turn the country around and if we stop trying to solve problems with violence. Oh...and electing a new president in 2004 would go a long way to convincing me.

I think the fact is that there are no circumstances that will lead you to admit you were wrong about this war -- about its righteousness, its effectiveness, the body count, or anything else about it. Thus far, you've been wrong about every damned thing about it. And the real facts are just started to come out.

You just don't get it, do you?

If Bush were to stand on his head and whistle dixie, I as well as millions, maybe billions, would still be opposed to this war. Pandora's box has been opened and Bush and his cronies are not big enough to handle the mess that's coming out. The next guy will have to deal with it.......unfortunately.

I just want our guys/gals to finish up and get home. They don't belong in that cesspool and they don't deserve to take any more shit than they already have.
