The fact that he was to destroy his weapons and document and prove as his side of the bargain on the peace accord and did not is enough reason for me. Hell Blix even said there is huge holes in where stuff is and if it were destroyed. It wasn't the inspector's job to find the stuff, it was Iraq's job to prove destruction.

Iraq was not complying and refused to comply. That is all the reason I need.
