ralph, you miss the point. If we never find his savage bones (an unlikely scenario) and never hear from him again, that is fine. He's detached from controlling the WMD and from torturing and killing his own citizens. He's immobilized. And iraq is liberated !! Yet the $$$ millions Saddam pumped into Jacques Chirac's Swiss bank acct are still in there. What should we do about all the money that saddam paid jacques chirac to defend him at the UN? Any thoughts, brilliant ralph?
