The more money you have, the more likely you can afford a shrink and Prozac. How in the world can anybody diagnose mental illness just by interviewing people who don't have a well-established concept of mental illness?

"Are you depressed?"
"What?"
"Do you cry for no reason?"
"No, I have plenty of reasons to cry."

Your argument is an old, old one. It's the one about the happy natives frolicking in their natural habitat, unspoiled by modern man. I think the Greeks had a similar argument, maybe Plato.
