yes - unless there is proof that said dictator is a threat to the world as a whole.

I can't believe the arrogance of the US in this instance, wrt an invasion of a country and murder of its leader on humanitarian grounds. If we can just go around killing every leader that we oppose wrt humanitarian issues, then CHINA should be at the top of the list. Way above iraq, imo. Next imho the muslim countries run by Ayatollah's and clerics are the most brutal, particularly wrt women. We should go after any leader who advocates the undereducation of women under "religious grounds". Its mighty subjective any way you slice it.
