My personal view on corporate policy is twofold. Firstly, I am against the use of taxation as means of directing economic activity. Anyone who thinks this is a socialist agenda should think again. I am preaching a pure capitalism in this regard.

My second view on corporations is to stop treating them as people. Far from wanting to ban them, I don't think we should even tax them. In return to not taxing them, they give up pretending to be people and get to be recognized as a bunch of by-laws that they are. In other words, they do not get to influence the political or judicial process. When I sue the company, the CEO will not get to use shareholders' money to pay for his mistakes.

I think neither of these are anti-capitalistic or can be qualified as suggesting that corporations should disappear.

Somehow I never see any responses to these questions...

You won't get answers to those questions because they're ...hmmm...how can I say it?....they're not very deep. The tactic of asking questions that you really don't want an answer to for purposes other than arguing is a michael 90210 game. Nobody (well, few) want to play in the kiddie pool.
