Hi Pezz, get out of besieged town while you still can, towards smoldering gold mountain or blazing platinum forest or swirling oil lake, but get out. The end is near and the barbarians, once again, are closing in for the kill. Bull ribs BBQ time is soon, maybe after an out-of-the-blue fortress busting kaboom followed by a bunch of daisy cutters.

Chugs, Jay

Hello Pezz: Morning Report:

(a) Purchased a dollop of SHK Properties finance.yahoo.com at HKD 35.8

(b) Purchased a dollop of Cheung Kong Holdings (Greater China properties, retail, oil, infrastructure, majority and controlling owner of Hutchison) finance.yahoo.com at HKD 43.1

(c) Purchased a dollop of MTR (HK subway) finance.yahoo.com at HKD 8.35

... all affected by SARS, HK economy gloom, but all lightly leveraged, with thick wallet ...

... war, chaos, disease, distress, despondency ...

... what's next?

... any how, starting to put HKD troops to work, taking down positions at around 10 P/E, 5% divi yield, without danger from debt-ly mine fields;0)
