Kerry has lost it.
Big blunder.
Only a moderate Dem can beat Bush.

But Kerry also fell hook, line and sinker for the preemptive war resolution. Granted, it was pre-election and both the Senate and the House were given bogus information. Still, however, Kerry should have been stronger and questioned deeper.

So what happened? The fear of Saddam issue helped the GOPside carry the election and they got control of both chambers. The new Senate didn't spend a single hour debating the most crucial piece of war legislation ever enacted in modern times. In effect, they all, gravely mistaken, said: Let's roll!
