It looks like we are going to be smart enough to stay out of the suburbs and get a Civilian Gov going to police things. We want Iraqis policing Iraqis as soon as possible. The Marines are on footin Baghdad and taking ground because they are in the Shiite area. We are going to be reading a lot of dire predictions here about how the Fedayeen, etc, are going to go to ground and "attrit" us. The best way to keep this from happening is to stay out of the Cities and let the Iraqis take over ASAP.
