I thought they would be concerned about national security and could tell these missionaries to can it for a year or so. I don't see a problem with that, unless this religion-spreading thing is an itch that has to be scratched NOW, at the very probable cost of alienating Iraqis & the rest of Muslims on earth and helping terrorists recruit more to their ranks against Americans.
