If it weren't for bad luck... Can't say we're really surprised though can we? Less that exemplary leadership, poor operating track record, hype & broken promises, debt load, depressed economy,...etc...factors weighing not only on MCLN but on scores of other companies. Tough times. I fault myself for my own DD. In hindsight I can't see how I fell for this one...must have been dreams of ubiquitous "Gerodisc Inside." :-) PS Should we even bother to open the proxy material or just wait to tender for $1.03? Greg
