I agree....though I suspect within a month we will see a lead paragraph....."Remember the images of liberation, the collapse of the corrupt house of cards, the joyful crowds, the tossing flowers at the soldiers. What happened?" There have been countless revolutions in our lifetimes alone, and the initial euphoria is about hope, not fact. It's about the possibilities of being freed from the past, but possibilities don't always pan out. And inevitably some will be disappointed by the way this turns out. It may help to remember how unlikely these possibilities, this hope, all seemed not very long ago.
