More than 2 years after the recession, which started in the Bush Presidency, his supporters blame Clinton for the lack of recovery.

Of course, when it was booming it was not the Clinton economy. It was the GOP Congress economy, the Gingrich economy, the Greenspan economy... And Clinton didn't have any role in what was happening. Now, of course, the tune has changed.

nobody buys that. And if Bush were concerned about the economy and the global demand for US products, he wouldn't be starting wars.
