Hard to tell. The Clinton bubble was one of the largest in
history, so we may end up paying for that debacle for a
long time.

Too bad Clinton's failure with the intelligence community &
failing to address the growing terrorist menace brought us
9/11. That outrageous Clinton debacle probably set us back
a few extra years.
