Since he fought for years to prevent a bubble from forming, and to prevent the stock watering and tax theft scams BEFORE they did their damage... it seems like a big lie to call it the 'Clinton Bubble'.

"Lieberman, Dodd, Gramm, Armey, Breaux, DeLay, etc." Plutocrat Bubble seems close to truth.

They are the ones who killed reform, and allowed the fraud to grow.
