My choice like the choice of 77% of Americans is to fight terrorism. The cost of this war is around 1% of our GDP. The cost of WWII was something like 130% of GDP. This is an inexpensive war, but one that is quite necessary. Get used to it. There are terrorists and terrorist nations still out there and we will be pursuing them. IMO, Dave

Lot's of companies were doing fine even after the Clinton bubble burst. It's not like we went from unsustainable boom directly to the bottom of the bust. Oh wait.
