Totally predictable, and expected, just like pretty much everything else that has happened thus far. The looting of government facilities and residences of war criminals surprises no one; hell, I'd do it too if I had been oppressed for 30 years.

The United States military will import military personnel who are experts in civil engineering to make need infrastructure repairs. Quickly. American MPs will be brought to Iraq shortly to do police work. It isn't as though this stuff hasn't been thought through in advance.
