Like sebl...bought some on the big drop the other day, but will take my profit and run at the open today. Stochastics show it as oversold, she is one of the leaders ( 1 or 2 I think ), she is way down off her highs, and will probably go much higher ( especially since I am selling), but I dont like FUD clouds and all this option crap, actual earnings, lawsuit and etc, have me concerned. What if they do re-state and that profit turns into a huge loss?? Even if it doesn't, and it stays as profit on paper, the truth is they had a big loss.......Probably should have kept a few shares, especially with her being so low, but I got a small profit and will watch and wait for now...... Chojiro, you really think this is going to $3? If so, why? Folks, even if your a diehard long, Chojiro has very good insight from the short side.

Thanks

Good; I hope the stink from this ruins any chance obscenely greedy Tom might have of gaining political office.

I don't know, the man might be well qualified for Governor; he is already used to spending more than he brings in. He can list "expert defecit spender" on his resume.<g>

Regards, Huey

I wrote about this last year and hewyone and others said I was wrong. I hope that this suit will bring some of Tom backroom dealings to light. But chances are that he will settle rather than have that happen.

It is my hope that the truth will be know in order to prevent further harm to shareholders. Tom is by far one of the worst abusers of option grants.
