It is fascinating to watch the media scrupulously avoid all of these obvious issues, even though nobody has a gun to their heads.

There were more than a dozen areas of "critical interest" that were investigated, all suspected of containing WMD, but none did. One was the highly publicized chemical factory that had been abandoned years earlier. These sites of interest were the result of our intelligence. If the US had simply told Blix the locations, it would have made it a tad more difficult to manipulate the American public into blind support. It would have required one more terror alert I suppose...
