I certainly would like to believe that. But all I've seen, from searching the web, is a single source (the reporter from Pittsburgh), and no obvious cross-checking with any of the authorities responsible the inspecting that site in January. It seems a false alarm to me propagated by optimists like us hoping we found the smoking gun.
