We need now to ask President Bush to apply some heat on President Mubarak of Egypt. He has been the president for over twenty years with no VP in office. His son was not old enough I guess. Also, by insisting to have the elections monitored by an international organization to see if he'll ever get the 99.9% votes ever again.

President Bush can do this by the friendly reminder of cutting all aid to Egypt if no VP is appointed within a certain period of time. And he does not have to humiliate him... this can be done tacitly you know.

Let's all write to our representatives... may be this will be the start of real change in the area.
