retired, I am ready for the wildness

Good point, when does the wild speculation start. Most of these juniors are just dusting themselves off their corrective bottoms. Seems to me we will need some move in Gold up through $330 to 350 to ignite much speculative froth.

Apprieciate Crusty starting the conversation about a late Spring early summer top...Have to start thinking. It has been the pattern the last couple of years thus I'd expect it to be early this.

Frankly, at this juncture unless the dollar sinks below 98 I don't think we will see much of a move in the miners or the metals. Steady, up, yes, a little, but currently don't see where the momentum is going to come from.

"i'm not sure i follow what you are thinking here...wild speculation CONTINUING into June ? when does this wild speculation start ? it is already mid April...
retired"

I don't get it either. *Sell in May and Go Away* is the rule and except for the odd buyout, I can't see this being any different. If USA invades Syria or Iran then I expect that gold will skyrocket as it will become evident to the world that the USA has gone mad and everyone's in danger.

I can see the US dollar crumbling in the next few weeks and months but "wild speculation" ? where is it ?

Off topic.....I hear the Bush is now changed his mind and will visit Canada, not to see the PM but, to see Mike Weir the *Master of Masters* a title that Bush will NEVER have.
