aero--recently dabum said he does not look at fundamentals. Well, I am Jack Sprat and I don't look at charts. This makes my life easier. Ugly charts don't bother me since I ignore them. I believe this is dabum's theory in obverse and I bet he is as carefree as me. You must choose, the laidback philosophic life of a fundamentalist or the frenetic quantification of a technicist. As for me, I choose the macro perspective of a theorist. Don't want to get my hands dirty with all that pencil lead and eraser leavings--yuck!--Frank. Oh, PS --we like HOFF because (1) all bad news is priced in, (2) they will get their PEMEX money and (3) the GOM will rise again.--good luck, old pal.

HOFF is also a great chance to be as wrong as the insiders are <g>. Look at the recent buys. For that reason as well as what Frank says, he is one of my heroes.
