You should take a look at my post. It's not an issue of racism at all. It isn't even about competency. There are a HOST of other issues.

I'm all for free trade, but I'm not for stupid business practice. Still, you can't regulate good business management....LOL...if Oracle wants to be stupid...let them be stupid.

Wrt your post, are you saying that I should be free to hire an all white, all native californian dept in software? If not why not? There are plenty of locals available after all.

The laws won't allow me to do that, if you are interested. There aren't any laws that restrict oracle from hiring an all foreign workforce, nobody thought of that yet.
