I did apologize. And You know, I didn't know anyone who got polio, or who became ill from a smallpox vaccination, or had black lung disease, etc. I didn't know anyone who died an an accident for want of a seatbelt back in the days before seatbelts. Sometimes I wonder if the modern cure isn't worse than the problem it was intended to improve on. I really loved riding in the back of my uncle's truck. does read like a contradiction of what I said.
