Perhaps, but there could be other interpretations. For instance, maybe MF cash levels are very low because of all the MF investors that have given up and cashed out- indicating capitulation. Since very few investors are adding any extra to their MF's- the cash levels are not building up.

Then again- it could indicate the MF managers feel that they should be fully invested here. Time will tell.

ED- That chart also does not indicate a source. It may include Bond MF's. I understand they are heavily overowned at the present..

The June-October period does concern me, but I think we're good to go for now.
