I don't get your point. On one hand, whites should not be hired into BET on the basis of diversity rules as you feel that they are not qualified for the job. On the other, you seem to agree that whites should be hired into technology companies even if foreign born engineers are more qualified (unless proven otherwise, which Lizzie hasn't done). So, what gives?
