You know, it wasn't so bad, really. The only really bad thing was that the ONLY light in the room was a dim ceiling light. So I called downstairs (on my cell phone, there being no phones in the rooms) to ask for a reading light. I have NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THE LIGHT THEY BROUGHT UP. It didn't even have a light bulb in it. It had some other thing that kind of glowed. A thinnish glowing tube. In a tiny red shade that made the room look like one of the dimmer corners of Hell. What an odd place.

There was a functioning refrigerator in the room, though. Wouldn't you think they'd invest in lamps before they'd supply a fridge?
