NO. If they get hit and touched from the side at anything over 20 MPH...they are probably DEAD. If several tons of force multiplied by 180 miles per hour actually connects against the side of their head then they are instantly DEAD. It really doesn't matter if they are wrapped in diapers, elastics, or goat leather.
