Most people who work for large organizations breath a sigh of relief when something actually goes right. The guys who could of planned 911, attempting to make it look like AQ would have been regarded as bonkers. It would have taken a real nutball to approve the plan. On top of that we have flawless execution. Nope. I think OBL and AQ did it after several attempts and failures that we all know about. edit. regarding puts and so forth. I am sure there is a mass of information that the authorities are not making public. This is understandable.
