my god, the way Bush supporters flippantly dismiss the Bush admin's complete destruction of the US's most important allies is amazing to me. I am not in favor of an isolationist policy. I don't want to fight every war alone and I SURE DON'T want to pay for it. I don't like the global boycott of US goods going on now. Hey I don't like the french too much either. But Germany? My god when was the last time the Germans and US were on opposite sides of a war. WWII.
