I thought links and evidence were kinda related. Depends on what you mean when you mean by "linked". The two of us, talking on this board, could be called "linked". So could Siamese twins. It's a very variable word, and in the last couple of years it's been used to its fullest variety. I see no reason to believe that the ability of terrorists to attack us has been impaired. Victory inevitably begets complacency, but this would be a bad time to be complacent.
