Unfortunately, you can't tackle real issues until you acknowledge that the war and peace cycle and the business cycle are highly interdependent. Until you do that then you won't be able to debate whether Clinton's unethical behavior had the practical effect of encouraging many executives in Corporate America to also act unethically resulting in a massive misallocation of global capital, that is still being corrected. Until you do that then you won't be able to debate whether Clinton's weak foreign policy created the dangerous mess in Iraq (15 UN resolutions) and in North Korea(blackmail!).
